Once your order has been placed we will charge your card. For preorders we will charge your card as reservation for your order, you can also place a deposit. When in-stock, items can take 2-5 working days to arrive.

WHO WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?
We use DHL / UPS / CargoLine / Tuffnells / TNT for all orders. After they’ve picked up your packet from our logistics center, you’ll receive shipment confirmation via e-mail. Tracking details will be sent via email once your item is shipped. Please note: your order is delivered directly to your doorstop.
CAN THE DELIVERY ADDRESS BE CHANGED AFTER SHIPPING?
No, unfortunately it isn’t possible to make changes to the delivery schedule after shipping. Once you have placed your order and require the address to be changed, please email: email@example.com as soon as possible and we will try to amend this for you.

IS TRANSPORT INSURANCE INCLUDED IN THE COST OF DELIVERY?
Every order that leaves our warehouses are covered. Should something be damaged, please get in touch.
When you purchase one of our products, you’ll be fully covered by our 14-day refund policy. This entitles you to a full refund, provided the product is unused and in resalable condition - the product will be thoroughly checked upon its return, and only then will a refund be authorised.
However, should the product have been used on a road, show any visible signs of wear, or have incurred any physical damage, we will be unable to provide a refund or exchange.
The refund is also conditional upon us receiving the return within 14 days of the original delivery date, with all original packaging including the original box.

If a bike is delivered to you in a damaged condition, you must notify us within 24 hours of its receipt. Should you fail to notify us within 24 hours of receipt, we will not be liable for the cost of any replacement parts or bike.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Any orders cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
Any refunds that need to be made will be done so against the original payment method, and can take a maximum of 21 working days to process and reach your account. Once the refund has been made, you will receive a notification email confirming the refund. If we encounter any problems in making the refund, we shall contact you accordingly.
If you request a refund after an order has been built and is due for shipping, this will not be possible until you receive the goods. Please be advised that the customer bears the cost of returning the goods.

The warranty is subject to proper care for and reasonable use of the bikes.
Bulbs, brakepads, inner tubes, tyres, chain, cables, etc – are regarded as consumables - When replacements are required these can be purchased from your local cycle shop or get in contact with us to source them for you.
Please note that warranty is not transferable to another person by default - please contact us to confirm with our suppliers if this can be undertaken on a case by case basis.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Wayfarer H7 by Wisper
The Wayfarer H7 is a hub drive, step-through bike by a much-loved brand. There are two types of the spec to choose from, depending on how you see yourself using the bike. Select either city or adventure, then opt for 450 Wh or 700 Wh.
Who would love the Wayfarer H7 by Wisper?
The Wayfarer H7 is a great option for you if you are an off-road trail thrill seeker or a city commuter. The city spec is a highly comfortable bike that is great for your daily commute or everyday ride.
However, strip off the comfort products and change the tyres and you’ve got yourself an off-roader that is perfect for a day on the trails.
Where can you ride the Wayfarer H7?
The Wayfarer H7 is such a great all-rounder that you can ride it on lots of different terrains and surfaces. The hi-torque 50 Nm rear hub motor will handle all but the very steepest of hills!
You can ride this workhorse on the following, but keep in mind that you may need to change the tyres to make all of the terrains suitable:
- Cities and urban areas
- Country lanes
- Forest trails
- Wet grass
- Gravel and mud
- Cycle paths
What’s great about the Wayfarer H7 by Wisper bike?
We think this bike is great value for money. With a few adaptations, it can go over multiple terrains which could make it ideal for someone who rides for a weekly commute but loves to explore on the weekends.
The 450 Wh battery will give you a range of 20-40 miles or the 700 Wh battery will get you around 30-60 miles per charge.
Thanks to the Kenda 27.5” 2.2 tyres with high puncture resistance you will be able to increase your chances of avoiding fixing punctures on your adventures and daily commute.
The Wayfarer has a thumb throttle to 4mph walk along and a 15.5 mph assist boost. The Shimano Altus 8 speed gears have a rapid-fire shifter. Everything you need for a fast assisted and controlled ride!

The Wayfarer offers three distinct riding styles based on the same frame.
Perfect for commuters, shoppers and those that want leisurely rides in the country. We utilise all the anchor points, adding front and rear mudguards, a rear rack and kick stand. For comfort, low noise and low rolling resistance we fit Kenda Town and Country tyres suitable for metaled roads and well made tracks.
Built for the more adventurous. We fit Schwalbe Smart Sam Performance, DD, RaceGuard, 27.5” x 2.6” tyres with extra safe Double Defence puncture protection that fit neatly under the existing wide Aluminium mudguards. Ready for more adventurous away from the road riding. Perfect for the hills and dales with huge grip and control in the dust, gravel and mud.

Wisper wayfarer. After advice from Gila I changed order to a Neomouv kalyso. After a 4 month wait it finally arrived. My only complaint it that they not not let me know when it was arriving. By good luck I was at home that morning. Other than that I am happy with bike. the bike was for my husband and he says it takes a bit of getting used to when you have not been on bike for about 40 years.
